Punishment & Enforcement Policy
Last updated: March 30, 2026
At StanSphere, we want our platform to remain a safe, enjoyable, and respectful space for all members. This policy outlines how we handle situations where our Community Norms are not followed.
Our Approach
We believe in fair and transparent enforcement. Our goal is not to penalise members unnecessarily, but to maintain a healthy community environment. We will always aim to handle any concerns in a reasonable and proportionate manner.
How We Handle Violations
If a member's behaviour is found to be in conflict with our Community Norms, we may take one or more of the following steps depending on the nature and frequency of the behaviour:
- Friendly Reminder – In many cases, we will simply reach out to the member to let them know their behaviour is not in line with our Community Norms and offer guidance on how to adjust.
- Content Removal – If a specific piece of content is found to be inappropriate or in violation of our guidelines, we may remove it from the platform.
- Temporary Restriction – In cases where the behaviour continues after a reminder, we may temporarily limit a member's ability to post or interact on the platform.
- Account Suspension – If a member repeatedly or seriously violates our Community Norms, we may suspend their account for a period of time.
Appeals
We understand that mistakes happen and situations can be misunderstood. If you believe an action has been taken against your account unfairly, you are welcome to reach out to us and we will review the situation with an open mind.
